21 days no junk food challenge -My experience
Proud Moment: I'm super excited! I always wanted to make YouTube videos, but I was too shy and afraid to speak on camera. I'm not a shy person, but when it comes to talking on camera, I freeze up. Well, today is the day, and I am ready to release my videos for the world to see. Sometimes in life, you just have to jump and do the things you always wanted to do. New Youtuber: Like and subscribe!
Yay! I did it. I completed the 21 days no junk food challenge. Was it worth it? Yep, it was. I'm so proud of myself for sticking with the challenge because I always had an excuse when it came to dieting in the past. I was happy to lose a few pounds, but the lesson I learned, was self-discipline. I will eat my favorite junk food snacks only in moderation.
Overall view: I Started the challenge weighing 161 pounds and ended the challenge weighing 150 pounds. I lost 11 pounds. The key is I found foods that cut my dessert craving which was fruit. I cooked more, and I drunk plenty of water. I chose to do the challenge aka experiment mainly to see how long I can go without my favorite snacks and I wanted to see how much weight I could lose. I encourage others to try it out.
